At Sene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your custom-fit or standard items aren't perfect, we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure you find your ideal fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
